Nikki is in her third year coaching Crimson Pride Softball. She was a multi-sport athlete who has been honored to be inducted in both her College and High School Hall of Fames. Nikki’s favorite parts of coaching are watching the girls find passion in sport, feeling a part of a team, and pushing themselves - showing themselves they can do hard things.

This is John’s third year assisting with Crimson Pride Softball, moving up with his daughter Madeline. He has his roots locally and has coached youth softball/baseball in Penfield, Fairport and East Rochester. John enjoys watching kids learn and have fun throughout a season, and he finds it very rewarding to see a child’s smile when they accomplish something on the field and to see teammates support one another. John believes that teamwork, good attitude, respect and self-confidence are important in shaping a positive team experience and can be carried forward beyond sports.
