Crimson Pride Softball
Training the next generation of softball athletes in Penfield, NY.
Crimson Pride softball was developed in the fall of 2021 to allow Penfield girls the opportunity to play travel level softball, while also investing time in other sports, hobbies, and community endeavors. This Penfield-focused approach provides a family-like atmosphere where girls are not only teammates, but classmates, neighbors, and friends.
As a program, we value sportsmanship and character above all else. But, as you can see from our program logo, our athletes embody courage, grit, tenacity, and a strong desire to win. The commitment to their sport and to their teammates is unmatched. They are leaders on the field and off of it. They are the glorious and valued members of our PRIDE.

Dan Watson
FOUNDING BOARD MEMBER
Player Development, Facilities, and Team Selection
Dan has been involved with the Penfield Softball community since 2015. While coaching in PLL from 2015 through 2021, Dan's 10U team won a New York State Championship in 2019, and finished 4th in Regionals. Two years later as 12 year old’s, the girls lost in the NYS Championship game to the eventual Regional Champion. Dan is also involved with the PHS Softball program so both programs can mutually benefit from one another. And while he does currently coach a competitive Rochester Lady Lions team, his heart is with Crimson Pride.
